If you read my blog regularly you’ll know that I’m always trying to spend my money on various different things like the house or new gadgets, but seen as the summer is well and truly here I’m now looking for a garden gazebo to provide a bit of shade and somewhere to sit in the garden.

I’ve been looking at permanent wooden gazebos because we already have a nice wooden furniture set and it would fit nicely inside. There is also a patio area next to where I want to put it which has a brick barbeque on it (put in by the previous owners) that we use all the time.

I have found a company called the African Thatch Company that sells thatched gazebos at a great price; they are built on a base and come with a ten year warranty. There are also lots of optional extras to choose from including canvas side panels, straight log sides instead of balustrades and roof mounted heaters. An installation service is also available, so all you have to do sit back and relax!

I think I may of just talked myself into one, now to convince the wife!
