Online dating tips

As the world moves closer and closer to a completely digital means of communication and our lives become increasingly busy, a greater number of people have turned to online dating as a means of meeting people.  It goes without saying that this is a completely unique social dynamic that might confuse some people the first time they visit an online dating site.

Despite this change, if you take into consideration a few words of wisdom the search can be a little less random and the results better.  First and foremost, it is important to first consider the type of website you wish to create a profile on.  While most websites operate on a profile system, much like a personal ad, there are a few distinctions that set these sites apart.  Typically, most websites only differ across the number of profiles, the types of additional services offered, and the types of candidates targeted; the choice of site will directly affect how you will move forward.

Once a site is selected, take a quick look at other profiles that have already been established.  Any buzzwords, profile formatting and styles should be considered the norm, and used to create your profile.  Be careful though, as overused terms can make a person look clichéd, and should be avoided at all costs.  Finally, above all tell the truth, and don’t sugar coat the details of your personal life.  Confidence is attractive, but terms like “cuddly” and “strong willed’ will send people away just as quickly as “chubby” and “obnoxious”.

Passing your driving test

Once you have passed your theory test and your instructor feels you are ready to take your driving test you can book your test online, your test can be taken in your instructors car from a driving school in Cardiff or your own car if you prefer and you can have someone with you and the examiner when you take your test such as your instructor, a friend or a relative.

The driving test includes an eyesight check, if you fail this you will not be able to continue on with your test, the check requires you to read a number plate that either 20.5 meters for an old style number plate and 20 meters for the new style. You have 3 chances to read the number plate correctly if the examiner is satisfied you don’t meet the required eyesight standard the examiner will fail you. When you start at a driving school in Bury St Edmunds or wherever you live your instructor will check your eyesight to make sure you can read at the required distance.

After you pass they eyesight part of the test you will then be asked two vehicle safety questions, these are basic safety checks that a driver should carry out to ensure the vehicle is safe for use which will be one ’show me’ and one ‘tell me’. If one or both questions are answered incorrectly it will result in one driving fault being recorded.

Your examiner will now examine you on your general driving and on two reversing exercises these will be chosen from reversing around a corner, turn in the road and reverse parking all of which your instructor will have taken you through in your lessons.

Erectile Dysfunction Drugs – Vardenafil

Erectile Dysfunction is a physical disorder that affects one in four males. It occurs when the penis cannot become or stay erect and is caused by various psychological and physical issues. While this physical disorder is difficult to openly discuss, some 5% of 40-year-old males and 25% of 65-year-old males are known to have erectile dysfunction happen to them at some point in their lives. Medical experts provide support by testing and treatment to help men improve their sex lives. Vardenafil, a drug specifically designed for this purpose, is co-marketed by pharmaceutical companies, Bayer, GlaxoSmithKline and Schering-Plough.

Vardenafil is sold under the trade name Levitra and like Viagra and Cialis it works by preventing the PDE5 enzyme from controlling blood flow into the penis, thus causing an erection and preventing erectile dysfunction. If you look at the structure of the drug, it is different from that of Sildenafil because of the placement of the nitrogen atom and the piperazine ring of sildenafil changing into an ethyl group from a methyl group. Tadalafil is structured differently from similar drugs, while Vardenafil is known to have the shortest duration of potency when compared to other drugs designed to prevent erectile dysfunction.

Levitra shares some of the side effects associated with using erectile dysfunction drugs, including pains in the abdomen, back and muscle; palpitations, nausea, hypotension, rashes, itching, abnormal vision and priapism. While the following side effects are rare, the drug has been documented as causing heart attacks and might damage tissue around the penis, possibly making impotence permanent.

Shutting Up Shop

Well I’m shutting up shop for t shirt printing on eBay. Although it made a little extra it wasn’t really worth the hassle of the few returns that you get and people moaning about things.

My Second batch again pretty much doubled my profits, but this time I had a few returns which in turn doubled my postage costs. I could charge people to send the stuff back out but I don’t really think that it’s fair.

Selling the shirts isn’t really that hard or even ordering the t shirt printing, it’s having all the correct sizes in and once you’re sold out then you’re sold out, and there is nothing you can do about it.
If I had a printing machine it would be a lot easier as I would only need to stock shirts in colours and sizes and I could have unlimited t shirt designs

Getting into playing online poker for real money

I have been playing online poker for some time now, mainly playing for fun but have recently started playing for real money. It’s amazing how much more nervous you get when you are playing for real money because every move counts and you really have to know when to bet and when to fold.

I’m still learning so limit myself to putting just £20 a month in my 888.com account and once this has gone I go back to playing for fun. I have won a couple of hands so far, but hopefully when I get a bit more experience I will win a few more.

It will be interesting to see what happens in the World Series of Poker which starts on Friday in Las Vegas, with the likes of the super talented 21 year old Annette Obrestad and most would say the man to beat Phil Ivey taking part to win this coveted crown.

Fancy Dress Party *A Hit*

Well I had my fancy dress party at the weekend and it went down a storm. My coloured contact lenses really paid off and they made my costume look ace. I had a plain white t shirt which I’d managed to get slightly dirty and I’d also put some fake blood on, my jeans where stone washed and they looked ace with a few tears in them. I’d managed to get some Converse trainers as well. The Zombie style contact lenses looked awesome, and they didn’t bother my eyes at all.

All night people where asking about my contact lenses and where I bought them and so on. I bought some solution so that I can store them for a few months, and hopefully use them again.

My boiler broke, underfloor heating plans scuppered!

I’ve been planning to fit some underfloor heating to my bathroom for a while now, but plans have been put on hold because on Tuesday I came home to find a pool of water underneath my boiler!

I called the plumber out and he started to dismantle the boiler, ominously shaking his head the further he got into it. I told him to fix it whatever the cost, because I have two kids and and need hot water for baths and showers. Apparently the boiler has been leaking inside for some time and has rusted a lot of the internal parts together so needed replacing. The plumber was there for a good couple of hours and replaced a few parts, shouting me that he had finished went to the other room just hoping it wasn’t going to cost a fortune.

He showed me what he had replaced and the old parts which were a mess, before telling me that it would cost about £275 for parts and labour and that he would send me an invoice. Although not as much as I had feared it puts a dent into my water underfloor heating budget, so that will have to wait another couple of months.

On the plus side the boiler now works like a dream and is a lot quieter too!
